About Us

Before founding “Happy Hearts for Seniors” we have extensive experience working in the Health Care Industry providing Home Care for Seniors and Post Operative patients. We are dedicated to helping you or your loved one maintain independence and dignity.

We are located and primarily serve Airdrie, Alberta, the North Side of Calgary, Cochrane, Crossfield Carstairs, Didsbury and the surrounding Rocky View County.

Ultimately, our goal is to enhance the overall quality of life for seniors, allowing them to maintain their independence while receiving the necessary support. From companionship to specialized medical care, we have the resources and expertise to ensure that every client receives the attention they deserve.

Maria Ferguson

Maria is from the Philippines and reside in Airdrie, Alberta with her husband. She worked several years overseas as a Registered Nurse and for the past 20+ years has been providing Home Care as a Health Care Aide with CareWest and AHS. She has specialized in caring for patients with special needs and seniors with Dementia. Maria know exactly how difficult it can be caring for a loved one with dementia, her mother-in-law is showing signs and she is usually the buffer for the rest of the family.

Leazel Gamay

I am Leazel, one of the proud owners of Happy Hearts for Seniors Home Care. I am from the Philippines and reside in Airdrie, Alberta with my loving husband and three wonderful children.

I am a graduate of Robertson College, with a Health Care Aide certificate, and a graduate of Brooks College with a Diploma in Human Services. I have several years of dedicated experience in the healthcare field. I am passionate about delivering personalized care that comforts each client and caters to their unique needs. I value and promote dignity, and I take great pleasure in getting to know my clients, exploring their interests, and tailoring my care accordingly.

Seniors hold a special place in my heart, and I am committed to making a positive impact on their lives through my services.
